  • The service I have received while using this exchange can be better. RIght now I have a stuck trade, and I placed a ticket, then received an automated response. But that was a week ago, and no human has contacted me to let me know the status of my ticket.
  • When you are dealing with peoples money they are very sensitive, and it is difficult to build a relationship when customer tickets are met with silence. There maybe a really good reasn for the delay, but if no one tells me, I don't know. Please respond to my ticket and let me know whats happening.
