The service I have received while using this exchange can be better. RIght now I have a stuck trade, and I placed a ticket, then received an automated response. But that was a week ago, and no human has contacted me to let me know the status of my ticket.
When you are dealing with peoples money they are very sensitive, and it is difficult to build a relationship when customer tickets are met with silence. There maybe a really good reasn for the delay, but if no one tells me, I don't know. Please respond to my ticket and let me know whats happening.
