it is saturday so to celebrate i baked some tahini oatmeal cookies

i mixed together wheat flour, salt, and baking soda, then separately mixed together coconut oil, tahini, malt extract, vinegar, vanilla extract, and brown sugar. then mixed them together and added oatmeal

then baked for 12 minutes at 200C. very delicious but a little crumbly
