I can not agree more, We have 14.50 min wage in Ontario and it's a joke. A one bedroom apartment goes for 1000-2000.
Yup over 50% your wages just to have a roof.
The price of everything here is crazy, and yes personal hygiene products are one of the worse. Lucky we have natural alternatives that we can use to replace this.
Like Idk if you heard of nopoo but I have used it for 8 months now and it's just baking soda and apple cider vinegar to wash hair.
I use to spend 50$ a month on shampoo and conditioner for my family now I spend $2 and works epic. I work construction and you would even tell by my hair🤣.
Guess this turned to a story 🤣🤣
Wow, that is crazy. I know when I was renting a small house it was like $550 per month and that was high back then. I have never heard of nopoo. That is quite interesting. I don't have much hair so I can make a shampoo bottle last half a year! It is still expensive when I need to restock though.

Yeah I got 6 in the house 3 girls and we all have longer hair so use alot.
It works great actually, When I started I thought my hair was gonna stink like Apple cider vinegar but you can't smell it at all
That is really cool! Probably works similar to that apple pectin shampoo that was all the rage when I was a kid. Sounds like a full house for sure!
