It's like a garden, you have to constantly tend it, and make sure the "plants" are happy and so on... you can't just "start it and run" and hope everything works out...

Even with Shane's explanation, I'm still hopeful... and with him suggesting he's open to someone else taking over, maybe a new crew could inject some energy into it; after all, it was one of THE original "tribes" from the very start.
