Was a few weeks ago I tried, (and again yesterday) had some back and forth with some of the team, couldn't get any definitive answers other than "it should work"
Happy for them to hit me up on discord, slothlyd, I'm in most of the main rooms (including cryptoshots) hopefully one of them will see this and drop me a dm, hopefully I can get a bit more involved in cryptoshots again!
Have you made purchases using the HIVE Keychain app before? Its possible you only have your posting key assigned to it. If that is the case that might be the issue (I'm assuming Crypto-Shots requires more than a posting key to make a purchase).

Yeah purchased assets from a few different games, have all key permissions there. It's a strange one that's for sure.
Yeh he reached out before but we're not sure we can help in any way since his transaction never reach the Hive chain.
No one else reported similar issues and we see packs and single NFTs being purchased/successfully so it must be something on their end.
@slothlydoesit tried on a different browser / different network / on-off VPN?
