Just do it all the same, it doesn't take anything from you. It's a percentage of your voting power you want to give to the thread, you can reduce or increase it by moving the slider back or front.
Because depending on your stake your vote has different values. In the beginning it does not really matter.
Normally I like for 5% on every thread I like. that gioves about 3 cents.
So depending how much stake a user has their votes are different in value.
Your stake can be viewed in the wallet:
LEO Tokens are your liquid balance of LEO
LEO power are your staked LEO tokens.
