Do you really think there is a clean and safe way to drugs for someone who is addicted ?? I doubt
in Switzerland heroin addicts have a place where they can go and buy clean heroin and even consume it there while they are medically monitored. They are functuql addicts who go to work afterwards.
OD rate is way lower.
