What else would you like to know? dCity is a pretty complex game, but this part about the dividends is pretty straightforward. You buy and hold at least 8000 SIM on Hive-Engine, and in at most 30 days (depending on how much you bought and how much you already had - it's a 30-day average), HIVE dividends start to be paid out.
