Investor emotions like "fear and greed" can significantly impact market volatility. Playing on these emotions the traders always get benefitted. If a trader hears a positive rumor before the wider market, they can buy the stock at a lower price and potentially sell it at a higher price when the news becomes public. Rumors can cause significant price fluctuations, creating opportunities for traders to profit from quick price movements.
It is important to learn about the source of the rumoes. As not all rumors are accurate, and acting on false information can lead to significant losses. This is why any expert alwsys insisted of DYOR.
