I think we have already seen the migration at international level. The way most of the "customer care and backend operation" moved to many APAC regions. Thanks to the technology, by based out in india or phillipines or china we work for global companies....like pfizer, hewitt, and mare.. at first we thought of cheap manpower but in reality there are many others factors involved too which you have highlighted.

Certainly there is some of it out there. We know that migration has been with us forever.
However, I think we see it moved to another level entirely due to remote work, web3, and a host of other factors.
Countries will end up being in competition with each other for people since the network-state will be more important.
