I do that often on coin market cap.
We can also leave comment or sentiments about hive price "bullish or bearish" and I've got couple of likes, replies there not sure if bot'ed or real but it works.

It just affects the approval rating they show. I doubt anyone takes that too seriously, but it does no harm to keep it up.
