Twitter used to be an 'everyone platform', but not any more. If the owner is driving away people with extremist views then it's not going to be an 'everything platform'. Not that he has to care about it making money when he could buy a government for less. We shall see how that turns out.
Web3.0 has its own issues. A lot of people just don't trust crypto/blockchain and usability is a barrier. I'm by no means a typical user, but I've about had it with centralised platforms after being bitten too many times.
