I only did sport at school because I had to. I was more of a geek. I took up running in my 40s as I was getting out of shape and it was convenient. I've come to enjoy it. I needed more outdoors time and I've explored a lot around here.

Do you get the "runner's high" so many talk about?
I feel I can still be better, but I'm not a serious racer. Not sure about a 'high', but sometimes it does just feel good. I'm just finding this old body struggles sometimes even if I can be quicker than younger folk.
It is a bitch getting old. The body doesnt bounce back like it use to.
