Very few do. And the country is heading for more damage.
Keep in mind, this is the country that invented quantitative easing, to no avail. Yet the rest of the world followed it.

Europe is in a lot of trouble. The EU is going to face a lot of battles over the next decade.
From an economic standpoint, things are screwed. In addition to the debt levels, there is little AI on the continent.
