A major problem in society today is that the media sends a false message as to what is "normal."
We then try to emulate those images, but they frequently fail since these images are fabricated.
The very best thing we can do is love ourselves for who we are and not try to be something we are not.
We all have gifts and talents of our own, and we need to cultivate and focus on them.
