Out of curiosity - did you create your account using the INLEO onboarding system?
Yes, I signed up with a gmail account. After just 2 threads and 4 comments my RC's were depleted. I couldn't understand why nothing would go through after that and I couldn't even get my keys. I was in the dark and that should be addressed
2- Most new users would just give up after such an ordeal, which could easily be alleviated by having popups explaining things here and there. I'll bet there is a problem with retaining users because of this.
