The Players
We are up to 7 players (plus 2 maybe's) so we're about halfway to the 16 needed.
The cost to enter is any 1oz of .999 fine silver (about $20 usd).

This contest is open to anyone and I am especially looking for the fine folks at #steemsilvergold & #steemleo to get in on this action.
Here is how the contest will work:
- When the 16 playoff teams are set teams (April 4th) I will do a random draw to assign a RANDOM team to each person. Yep, it's random.
- Once you have your team just sit back and watch some playoff hockey, if your team advances so do you :)
Prizes
There will be 16 teams in the NHL playoffs that start in about 6 weeks so we need 16 players for the contest to be a go. Once I know what pieces have been entered I'll arrange them into four prize groups.
4th place - 1oz
3rd place - 3oz
2nd place - 5oz
1st place - 7oz

You got my attention when I saw NHL!
Sadly, I dont have any silver coins to stake or I would. I do however have a vested interest in my hometeam heroes, the winners of the 2019 Stanley Cup, the St. Louis Blues!!! 🏒🥅🚨🏆💙
What a magical season they had last year and since my LA Kings were not I the post season the Blues had my heart for sure!
If you really would like to join its not too difficult to find a 1oz silver coin, just search for a coin shop near you and ask for a generic 1oz silver round and they will hand you a tray of them to look through. Shouldn't cost more than $20.

LA Kings are a solid team!
Ice hockey is the best sport ever! I cannot begin to tell you how it felt after waiting my entire life for The Blues to finally bring the Stanley Cup to The Lou for the first time. And the parade was insane!!! I just realized I never did a post about The Cup on Steemit🏒🏆
Thanks for the suggestion! I never thought to look or ask when we go to indoor flea markets hunting for vintage vinyls. The shop owners probably have some silver coins locked under the glass in front.💰
