It's so obvious yet many people find it hard to believe that most of the wealth they've created is not theirs to keep and with each passing day the time of reckoning is drawing near. Acquiring multiple houses because they're so cheap is not a wise idea after all.
Especially not in California, or other blue states, where they are going to make it illegal to kick people out of "your" house(s)
