There are essentially no rules to what you post, though there are some rules of the blockchain itself that apply to everyone. Other than that, content is "ruled" by the community itself in regards to the reward functions. However, if for example there was nudist community - (you can start a basic one easily :) ) it could have other rules for the community and then people could be muted from the community, but not the Hive blockchain. Alternatively, if there was a nudist interface with "NIPPLE token" - people could post whatever they want in there according to the interface rules and not worry about the HIVE side at all. Often though, people still want to earn Hive, which is governed by Hive stake, which means there is "discussion" about what is acceptable or not.
