But in the end this is good for us, the users.
I dream about my AI, who can negociate with the other AI, you know, like the ones that manage consumer servicing. I let mine to talk with the Internet provider one, or tax one, and just send me a resume in email with the result.
Any move away from centralization is better. 6 companies are better than 5, 7 are better again...
