A large part of Web 3.0 is the autonomous web.
This is due to the fact that we are rapidly moving towards the agentic Internet. Here is where we see AI agents starting to take over, becoming the "skills" that people have at their disposal.
It is all part of the potential uplifting of society. We will see more power in the hands of average people. Generative AI is the next wave of computing that will eclipse the impact of the last generation by a couple orders of magnitude.
Some of the early applications are proving this.
The next level of AI advancement is going to be AI agents. These will explode in 2025. It is the start of the "futuristic" idea that many have long espoused.
Part of the process is designing a new business structure. We have a few pieces in place, although I am not sure they will be involved going forward. For the moment, we are seeing how the new technology is integrating into the existing framework.
Web 3.0: AI Agent Creates LLC In Delaware
The idea of a decentralized autonomous organization was long discussed. We are about a decade into the concept without much really taking place. Basically, this is something that is mostly theoretical.
While it is a valued idea, the challenge is autonomy. So far, there has not really been any true autonomous organizations. Autonomy is still lacking.
This will not be the case much longer.
AI agents are the bridge to a world where automation truly takes over. These applications are designed to operate without human intervention. After all, they are really nothing more than software coded for a specific task.
Moving on from the basic level, it is easy to track how entire companies can be constructed using this technology. Again, some of the early signs are appearing.
One company has set it up where AI agents can become legal entities in the start of Delaware.
As they say, the future is now.
New Business System
What we are discussing is a completely new business system. The framework that we operated under for more than 150 years will no longer be valid.
People are going to have to acclimate to the idea that entire companies will exist without any people. These entities will be driven entirely be software. Lines of code tied to a smart contract will operate the business. One way to think about this is a bot on steroids.
In this example, we see the agent designed to get people legal registration in the state of Delaware. Users simply interact with the agent, paying whatever fee is required. Since it is on Ethereum, Base, and Polygon, I presume a number of stablecoins (at a minimum) are accepted.
Other than upgrades to the software, if necessary, there is really no need for humans to interact with the agent. It is autonomous meaning it will keep running without interruption.
To grasp the future, multiply this by 1 billion.
Let us use another example.
How about an AI travel agent? If one wants to take a two week trip to Australia, an agent could be used to handle it. This would be able to pull all the latest pricing information. Perhaps the user could input preference, so the agent could suggest activities such as museums, sight seeing tours, or sporting events.
As data is entered, the agent is able to pull the information from online (eventually other agents) and provide the travel plans. Once approved, the agent will make the necessary bookings.
Once again, no humans involved in the process other than the possible maintenance and upgrade of the application.
Cryptocurrency Epicenter
We are also looking at the future of cryptocurrency.
While most are looking at Bitcoin as a store of value, questioning how to get mass adoption of crypto, or what is it going to take to get ABC token to moon, the answer resides in AI.
The future of cryptocurrency is AI agents. It is not humans using crypto but, rather, machines.
AI agents will not use Visa or Mastercard. They will not be tied to the banking system. As shown above, the agent is not setting up bank accounts. Instead, it is being tied to a crypto wallet such as Ethereum.
The existing financial system cannot keep pace with what we are about to witness. It simply cannot scale in terms of the amount of money that is required to keep pace. Tens of billions of AI agents, probably by 2027, will need currency to transact with. Does anyone think the commercial banking system can expand the money supply needed to finance such growth? The international banking system is already finding itself balance sheet constrained.
As stated on a number of occasions, AI and cryptocurrency are tied together. There is no way to separate the two. The majority of AI agents will not be interacting with the existing banking system. On the contrary, they will all have their own crypto wallets, simply transacting using the monetary system that is native to the Internet.
This is Web 3.0.
It is quickly unfolding before our eyes.

In the UK, solicitors or conveyancers (real estate attorneys or real estate lawyers) have become so inefficient, I would be glad to see them replaced by AI.
"The connection between AI and cryptocurrency highlights a new direction for the digital economy. As AI agents adopt crypto wallets and move away from traditional banking systems, it underscores the role of cryptocurrency as the native currency of the internet. However, this transition requires supportive regulations and infrastructure to ensure safety and efficiency."
I love that we are calling them agents now. Feels like espionage!
I was making gains just fine using a trading bot before everything got smart. It just traded on changes in tweet volume comparing 30-day MA with 24-hour MA. Bought and sold in 60-minute increments if conditions were met. This application crushed it in 2021 and 2023.
