Here is another Leo Whale Report. This is the third post along these lines. It is an evolving process with a change from the charts from before.
Here is the LEO breakdown required to reach the different levels. Once again, this was not amended at all to coincide with the increase in MVest per HP. This might be reflected in the next report.

Token distribution is important and hopefully, over time, it spreads out to more people. Most distributions start highly centralized yet a strong community will see the tokens move further out as activity increases among different people.
The accounts breakdown was gathered from the data provided by http://dex.leofinance.io/richlist/LEO.
Here is what the chart looked like on the last report.

Following a suggestion made by @preparedwombat, we added an additional category call "Bug Kahuna".
Thus we have a category breakdown as follows:

There is a change from the chart the last time. Each category comprised of the total number of accounts to reach that level, sans subtracting the level(s) ahead of it.
For this reason, I redid the last chart and will put up this week's using the same format.

Here is how things look on 8/23/2020

These are how we like to see the numbers going. It is obvious that almost all the categories saw an increase in the amount of LEO being held. The categories saw some shifting.
The total number of accounts holding at least .001 LEO remains unchanged. Outside of that, every category gained more accounts with the exception of Whales which did see a decrease. We did witness 4 new accounts join the Big Kahuna category.
We will see how things shift over time but this is encouraging. At least we have a baseline to work from. Now it is just a matter of focusing upon helping smaller accounts to move up to the next level.
Please let me know your thoughts on this and any other ideas you have regarding it.

I'm half way to becoming a dolphin. I guess I need to work on more posts or make more comments to get there quicker. :)

So, I'm a dolphin...strange, I don't feel like one 😂
You would if LEO had a similar market cap to Hive :D
A "dolphin" on Bitcoin would probably be a millionaire.
After my last staking I've got a vote power of 0.039 thus I am a Red Fish. There is a long way until Minnow (6.28), but I believe I can make it there.
By the way, if I stake 10,000 LEO how much would my vote worth? Is there somewhere I could simulate or see this?

You have over 200 LEO Power, so in this scenario you're a dolphin. 10,000 LP would put you well into whale category.

I thought that was the Vote power not the staked LEO. I might be a Dolphin if you say so, but I don't feel like one :)

You might if the market cap of LEO quadruples.

Do not miss the last post from @hivebuzz:
I believe that the great differential for the community to grow is precisely this union of the larger accounts helping the smaller ones.
In a few months we will have numbers of whales and orcas far greater than we see today. I am happy to see that more accounts have reached the maximum status.
