A great post and congratulations on your achievement. I was here a bit before you, August 2017, and I can tell you that 100K was the farthest thing from my mind. Yet I managed to reach that goal.
There is so much going on that Hive is going to make noise on a big scale. Yes there are still issues but we are heading in the right direction. wHIVE is just one brick in the foundation being laid.
We have the hard fork in a few weeks, and then it is onto the discussion about the next fork. The stepping stones are before us.

Yet here I am...just like you and so many others who are giving their best to make this place even better, each with their own unique set of skills.
I am pretty sure that those who kill their HIVE rewards for pennies will regret it big time in the not so distant future...

It all adds up. I am banking on exponential growth of Hive at some point which will be reflected in the price of the token. When and where that will come from, I have no idea.
That said, the bags people are holding could truly be life changing money.
