I am not sure. I would say that ChatGPT isnt specially trained on it so it is making loose connections.
LeoAI is going to be specially trained on Hive (and Leo) data so it will be more in depth if I had to guess.

No. Neural network training is much different than a crawler like a search engine uses.
A lot of variables go into it.
