I am not sure they are going to go counter to each other so the theory might be flawed.
To me it is still risk on/risk off.

I'm still trying to figure out how we are officially in a stock bull run. It doesn't feel like it.
Maybe in tech since they jumped so far off the lows. Of course, after such a massive run, we could see pullbacks.
