We really need people who are essential here at #hive, who have a broad knowledge, so I believe it will be easier to onboard new people who still don't know about hive.
True. And that is because they will not be attracted to Hive but the talent and insight the individuals provide.
Exactly, from this perspective it is much better and easier to keep a new user active in the hive.
People need to have a bigger vision of what is forming here. That is what I try to convey.
