The "Publish" button is for long form content. I am not sure if it is still having problems on mobile.
To post on Threads, simply fill in the box up top and hit thread.

Oh that is it, I get it well now...
The new changes is still kind of hard to understand but I'm going through all of it over and over to get use to it....

Yes. It takes a little bit. It doesnt help that we are dealing with a few bugs in the new UI.
Either way, it will get resolved. Threading is working so we can keep using that.
