I'm always amazed when I see old people doing stuff that younger people sometimes can't or don't want to do. I saw recently a woman over 70 years old water-skiing, an old man working out and another man over 75 swinging and snatching kettlebells.
Yeah.
Here is another secret: old people have sex too.
I know the younger crowd is amazed to hear that. LOL
