I dont like them but it would. I mix some cheese in there. If I had bacon bits, it would enhance it.
Did you know that the pancake you eat there is called an American pancake?

A "normal" or traditional pancake is a savory pancake whose filling is usually made with ground meat.
It's very tasty and I don't know if you've ever tried it. I think this type of food is not exclusive to Brazil.
