I did a lot when I studied at college, as there was a time when I sold. There in 2017 or so...
Nowadays, if I'm going to make it, it's just for my own consumption. I assure you it's very tasty. There are several ways to make the dough.
Mine tastes similar to potato dough (but without potatoes). We bread it with breadcrumbs and fry it in oil. It's delicious.
