But the question is: How will societies address the social and economic challenges resulting from this transformation?
My guess is not very well. The masses are not prepared. They will depend upon governments (politicians) who are reactionary. Couple that with how people do not like change and it is a recipe for many to suffer.
Of course, for those who fall outside of this, it is an opportunity.
