Activities priced in RC have nothing to do with USD pricing. That is dependent upon the amount of activity on chain. Obviously those, the ability to get HP is more money in USD if buying it.

Thank you very much for explaining that! This also puts another perspective on how nice it is to be building on Hive when we are still relatively new. Right now most of us have extra RC, in a few months most may not! 🔥😁
Stay away from the conversion mechanism. That is for big accounts mostly.
I always trade on the internal exchange. No fees and you can swap your HBD for Hive and vice versa. There are a few ways to access it.
