I think it was the excitement of having Khal involved that got people hopping. It was a well rounded strategy due to the fact I believe the overall activity increased.

It was but it was too bad that some people gave up after trying for a while. I guess people learned how hard it was after setting a goal.

I agree with you. It would be awesome to have Khal around more, just engaging with the community on "the same level".
