Start to make the threadcast an epicenter for Nigerians, a place where they will return. For example, maybe place some nigerian news in there so they start to get the idea they can use it as a reference place.
Basically post anything that has to do with nigeria.
You can even quickly fill it up by going into the news threadcast by @luchyl and copy the links for some of the news in there. Some of it is nigerian based.
