That is what decentralization does. There can be pockets form in Ghana, Cuba, Nigeria, and Venezuela (or anywhere) where people are getting together around Hive. Then you have the digital realm where communities can get together, either based upon real world or not, to interact. With the coins we have, there is monetization available and the way for communities to create economies. This can translate into real world interaction when people are in the same geographic area.
