I am not surprised. Most of these people happen to be Democrats running in a red state. If they did anything like that, its highly possible they would be crushed politically for anything in the future. It's tough to do much when you know it will hurt your politically. As long as it isn't too much over the line, they know they are fine.

That could be true. Didnt think of the blues in a red state. With redistricting they always have to watch out. They can have their districts redrawn where they have no chance of getting re-elected.

I think the entire redistricting needs to be done away with. It is abused way too much or at least there needs to be some changes to make it more fair.

Yeah just a way for the party in power to crush the one that isnt.
We need to do away with the two party system really.
