Here is one team trying to rethink the entire concept of remote work. The problem is, according to them, our work is still office-centric, even when working from home. It is based upon location and a time that dates back almost a century.
Some pretty good philosophical questions being raised here.

Well more meetings is only to be expected if you can't really talk to them right next to you. Then again you can always kind of do the digital chat thing through skype or discord.

Wow that was a great read.
There is so much in our work culture that was built on concepts so ancient that we don't even question them anymore. I wonder how long it's going to take for us to completely redesign this culture.
