I wrote a post on the un-named chain before Hive about how to do deeds for digital real estate.
I didn't continue the work and then suddenly "land" is all over the HE layer 2.
Done correctly this will be huge.

the more is I broke away from doing any NFT work with Hive-engine when it was steem-engine. shortly after the NFT "smart contract" was released.
So I did not continue the work.
Our new approach to all of web3 is very anti-layer 2 gaming token.
So we have a different approach that may become a future phase of our new project.
