@amonadsoul @khaleelkazi

Any future campaigns should include longer use periods factored in. Since people obviously are short sighted, having a contest where people blitz the site has limited benefit.

Glad you agree with this. It seems to make sense.

Yeah the "pride" thing was over before it started.. make that shit a year long contest... incorporate #LPUD into it... a prize every month.. but the Grand Prize after 1 year

Wow. You really thought this out. #feedback

That is a great idea.

Stoner thinking at work

Khal and Eric needs to spend more time with a few blunts.

Don't be stingy with weed either.. roll a fatty

For more engagements on thread another campaign will do just that as we all could see the results and impacts from the just concluded one on Zealy. Although whenever the campaign wants to hold hopefully the Top 10 will at-least be rewarded.

Need more solid traffic than just people threading because of campaigns. That is my point. But when done, structure it where the consistent threaders are given benefits.

well said o.o seems like a lot have disappeared after the contest :P

Yep. It is no surprise. Totally short sighted.

it's ok they miss the train :D theyll come when everything is booming

True. That seems to be the history. When things take off, people seem to get involved.

exactly taskmaster knows whats up

But some of us are still here

yes yes of course :) never said everyone gone

It's very obvious.

ya unfortunately :c. I'm still here freely posting what i feel like hehe

It's good to not just disappear when the campaign is over.

but what to do :c. we will see them come back for next campaign haha

Haha, true though. At least we have some more to play with😁

O.O play with what

Actually, there should not be any deadline

Any deadline will be counterproductive & will bring d correction for sure. Better let's go for weekly campaign that never ends. A campaign of infinity to bring thread count to a countable infinity

The problem is you need a cut off date to payout. If you have a contest that never ends, nobody ever wins.

Then announce the reward, don't give it, rather deposit to a smart contract, and mature it after 1 year time and then handover the reward, subject to a certain threshold monthly r weekly thread count average.

Well not giving out a reward for an extended period defeats the purpose. Then people lose site. After all, if they dont get something this second, they are gone.

We live in an era of instant gratification.

That could be true in a bull cycle but might work in a bear cycle.

After all, in a campaign, it is always the secondary reward although the handsome part of it.

There can be weekly campaigns for engagers where there is a weekly prize pool for the top 10 engages. That would incentivise more people to thread

Also more curation effort towards threads.

Well I am not sure how many contests are going to be placed and who is going to run them? That is the thing. People are saying do this and do that yet they arent willing to do much.

Well, I know I am willing to and I am encouraging those in my circle and community to do the same. They say be the change you want to be so I am leading by example.

It is really all we can do. Of course, the more good stuff that happens in the Leoverse the easier it is to promote it.

I agree! I believe it was a great learning experience, and now we can fine-tune the kind of behaviour we want to incentivize

To learn from our past makes is wise. To ignore it is foolish.

2/ While it is good to test the system and get some quick engagement, we see it fleeting. For this reason, a portion of the rewards should incorporate longer term use of threads. Perhaps there are bonus points for those...

3/ ...who hit certain levels over the previous month (or 3 months). Reward those who are committed to supporting LeoThreads no matter what. If people realize they are going to be enhanced in contests by being active, then they might.

Reward those who are committed to supporting LeoThreads no matter what

I totally support this

It is one of the epicenters of what we are developing here. We need to keep this in the forefront of our minds.

Absolutely

4/ For those who do not, well it is clearly stated. This is another way to foster the long term mindset for LeoThreads. We want people hodling $LEO along with threadings daily.

I agree

I think one thing that garnered a ridiculous amount of activity were the threading events. Coordinated engagement

We should push for events every weekend. Some kind of coordinated engagement event. Armies was a cool idea

We should spend some serious time brainstorming events/types of events/etc. that can all be aimed at consistent, regular sprints to garner activity and get people threading at the same time

One correlation I’ve noticed is more threads
