Voting power is based upon the HP you have. The amount of a vote, in the different tokens, is based upon that token staked.
So adding more LP increases the amount of your Leo vote but VP is still based upon HP.

I get the HP side, but I was talking about Voting Power for Just LEO. My Hive is higher I was just expecting an increase for LEO given the powerup.
The percentage doesn't change when you power up, only the amount it's worth. So if you were at 50% and that was worth .5 LEO, if you doubled your stake you'd still be at 50% but your vote would now be worth 1. Gotta let it recharge...
