Yes been there in 2019, spent about 10 days around Kyoto-Osaka and went to Hiroshima for my two last days to visit the peace memorial. I really recommend the country and the culture.
Maybe they let frogs through their border since they are surrounded by water. Love the food and culture so maybe someday. :)
