This is so true. I really work on getting stuffs done before I ever think of including them in my resolutions. If one cant still take small steps towards the big goal, no point writing the resolutions

A resolution could be to develop habits. A goal needs a good habit as it's often a lifestyle change. It's where planning actully builds the lifestyle and dreams that YOU want.

Always take one step forward without thinking about the whole year. Be better 1% daily.

Not to mention being realistic and not expecting overnight change.

You can get there, but developing these habits takes time!
