My understanding is that AI is based on existing knowledge. It can only replicate what it knows. I don't believe it can innovative beyond that. However, it does eliminate much of the salaried grunt work.
The problem with this is we are dealing with a bottom up approach. Humans learn generalized first then hone done on specific skills (tasks). They are trying to do the opposite with AI, at least thus far.
Perhaps embodied #ai will change things.
Without going into specifics this is what is going on.
but it is going on faster than the video shows.
There is a complete rebuild of the industry right now.
Including a big distribution change that happened last week.
