Will Google's near total dominance of search be disrupted by AI and chatbots?
Gemini is a strong LLM but there are others vying for the title?
How do you see this playing out?

A social network with a lot of users constantly at their keyboards training AI nonstop will most likely take over, as people go to their chatbots for answers rather than a search engine.
I see people turning there for answers. It will be interesting to see where all of this is integrated. We might have the answers everywhere.
I think Google is very strong, but not THAT strong at this point (at least not yet).
Search results will be disrupted. Those sites people stop at after searching will start seeing a lot less traffic, making them obsolete. AI still needs a constant stream of new data in order to remain relevant. That's all on social networks
Social networks will do everything they can to contain the aforementioned data and keep it away from the competition so it can't be used to train the competition's AI.
We learn this from the news about the dismissal of staff :)
