Clicking on Threads and posts gives ad money. That money gets divided among the people who own Leo and stake it. We want to reach 200,000 clicks or views by June 15th!
105K left to go. We are on our way. A tough target to be honest but one that can be reached if we get people pushing.
25K a day is not that outrageous.
As long as people make a concerted effort to have real conversations, rather than just one-word nonsense.

Advertisers, likely. If the site is downgraded/flagged as a trash/spam venue, doesn't it become self-defeating to just try to artificially churn big numbers?

Refreshes also count but I wouldnt abuse it. That is what gets the numbers jumping on threadcasts. It also increases the numbers on the main page (which has no counter).

Khal brought up a good point about ad companies detecting this and banning the IP address, but what if the IP address isn't visible?
I wouldnt go that route.
If they run an algo they might flag the entire site.
