Biden's record is automatically her record, so she may as well be President as she runs her campaign. The most important decision of her life will be her choice of VP; if she blows that decision, it will validate all knocks on her.
Imagine that you are popular, efficient centrist US Democrat governor of Southern or Midwestern state. If Kamala offers you slot as her VP, would you risk going down the drain with her in November or wait till Trump's balloon bursts in 2028?
