yeah well, I am still trying to get all the defects in my home fixed.
Construction in Australia is insane, my builder went bust and now we are going to the VMIA (insurance) to have everything fixed
Yeah. Well that is happening everywhere. The cost of doing business keeps going up due to regulation. They add more laws yet never remove them.
It is all part of the battle with government. Confidence in governments are dropping like a rock.
