Like anything else we have to take responsibility for ourselves. Yes it is great when content gets discovered. However, this is social media so it is up to people to engage.
It seems like many come to a platform like this and expect everyone to flock to them. Like any medium, it is up to us to standout.
That is where engagement enters the picture. What you are doing here will help your to stand out. Those that interact with others tend to do a lot better than those just post and expect others to jump on their content.
