A combination of text and video works for me best to learn new things.
That is a strong combination.
For inspiration - audio
For art - video
For general education - text

Videos are the best I feel
I get a lot out of them also. I tend to have them going throughout the day.
For me, it is watching video although I do read a lot of articles.
