Exactly. I was going to say so they dont know what is happening but I think the bankers are fully aware of the threat.

Governments, ie politicians and bureaucrats are still asleep though. We simply need to change the governance models right out from under them.

    I agree they know we have the tools/technology to pull it off. I think they arrogantly assume a few things:

    1. The blockchain that pulls it off will be of the web 2.5 variety and will be ultimately regulatable, setting the new 60-80 year standard for them to continue what they are doing.
    2. Any true web 3.0 blockchain can’t pull it off because how can anything of significance be accomplished without centralized leadership and VC money. “Look at those decentralized amateurs running around!”
